USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives received a visit from the Archival Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat) of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) in the context of Post-Training Evaluation, which was held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Assistance in Preparing the Accreditation Form for the USU Archives Office with ANRI
USU ARCHIVES: The Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara has carried out the Compilation of Accreditation Forms for the USU Archives Office with the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, which was held online on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. This activity was held through Zoon (online) and was attended by archive management employees of Universitas Sumatera Archives. The speakers in this activity were Nia Pertiwi, ANRI Junior Expert Archivist, and Rizky Eka Saputra, SS as the first Expert Archivist. The activity was opened directly by the Secretary of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked (OG), Sp.O.G, Subsp.F.E.R.

USU ARCHIVES: The USU Archives received a visit from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) to carry out a consultation policy related to preparing a digital archive security policy, held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Archives Office Attends the Socialization of Permendikbudristek on the Implementation of Archives
USU ARCHIVES: The Socialization of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 20 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Archives of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology took place for three days, namely 26-28 September 2022. This socialization activity was attended by the Head of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office, Mrs. Aisyah SE, M.Si. Head of Administration of the Secretariat of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Mrs. Suharti, SH, and Archives Manager of the Universitas Sumatera Archives Office, Sofy Ayu Fadillah, A.Md. The socialization of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 20 of 2022 was held at the Universitas Terbuka Convention Center (UTCC), South Tangerang.

Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives successfully held a Workshop on the Urgency of University Archives Acquisition
USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Archives Office held a Workshop on the Urgency of Acquiring University Archives within the by inviting speakers from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). The event occurred in the Academic Senate Room of BPA USU on Thursday, August 22, 2022. It was attended by 103 participants, including the Head of Administration and archive managers at Universitas Sumatera Utara. The event was also attended by the Regional Archives Institute of North Sumatra Province and the Medan City Library and Archives Office.

USU ARCHIVES: The Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara has conducted an Archives Mentorship for the Study Program at the Faculty of Forestry of Universitas Sumatera Utara on Wednesday, 24 August 2022 at Jalan Kampus USU 2, Bekala, Pancur Batu, Kab. Deli Serdang. This activity was carried out to follow up on the National Archives Awareness Movement and assist archive management to all staff and officers related to archives or administration to realize better archive governance and collect university archive memory.

Winner of the Best Archiving Unit II Assessment in 2022
USU ARCHIVES: The winners of the Best Archiving Unit II in 2022 were announced on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Universitas Sumatera Utara's Central Administration Bureau yard. The announcement of the winners and the delivery of prizes was made by the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Mr Dr Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si, the Secretary of the University, Prof. Dr. Dr. M. Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked (OG)., Sp.OG(K)-FER and the Head of the University Archives Office, Mrs Aisyah SE, M.Si, witnessed by the participants of the 77th Independence Day ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia.
