USU ARCHIVES: Based on the announcement Number AK.01.00/23/2023 concerning the Results of Archives Supervision in 2023 organized by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives has achieved the BB (Very Good) predicate in the State Higher Education Category in 2023. Award for the Best Archives Unit II and Records Manager 2023 (December 19, 2023)
USU ARCHIVES: A few months ago, the USU Archives Office conducted field verification on 41 work units within the USU environment to assess and select who among them would be the best Archives Unit II and Archives Manager in 2023. Well, on Friday, December 15, 2023, the "USU Awarding Night" of the Student Achievement Award, Alumni Award and USU Archives 2023 was held at the USU Auditorium Building in the framework of the 71st Anniversary of Universitas Sumatera Utara. as well as reading the winners of the Archiving Unit II and Best Archive Manager 2023 awards.

USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Archives attended the University Secretary Coordination Meeting, which took place on December 13, 2023, and was held at the Multipurpose Hall of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The University Secretary Work Unit, consisting of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office, USU Administration, Public Relations, Protocol and Promotion, Integrated Service Unit, Academic Senate, and USU Board of Trustees, attended this activity.

The Head of the USU Archives Office attended the Technical Training on the Implementation of Archives for Leaders of Regional Archives Institutions and State Universities
USU ARCHIVES: Head of the Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara Aisyah SE., M.Si has participated in the Technical Training on the Implementation of Archives for Leaders of Regional Archives Institutions and State Universities organized by the Center for Archives Education and Training of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia which lasted for three days, from 21 - 23 November 2023 at Ibis Syles Bogor Raya. This training was attended by 57 participants from various Regional Archives Institutions and State University Archives Institutions.

Tour de Campus Universitas Indonesia State Higher Education Archives Association
ARSIP USU - On the third day, the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives delegation attended an activity organized by the State Higher Education Archives Association (PAPTI) and the University of Indonesia Archives. The activity on this third day on November 4, 2023, was the Tour de Campus of Universitas Indonesia and the inauguration of the PAPTI management. The activity was held at the Universitas Indonesia Depok Campus.

PAPTI 2023 Congress and Archives National Seminar entitled "Implementation and Impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Archives Field"
USU ARCHIVES: On the second day, the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives delegation attended activities organized by the Indonesian Association of College Archivists (PAPTI) in collaboration with the Universitas Indonesia Archives. The activity on this second day was the PAPTI National Seminar and Congress with the theme "Implementation and Impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Archival Field". This activity was held at the Makara Art Center, UI Depok Campus, on November 3, 2023.
