Deputy attended the visit for Information and Archives System Development Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM, Dr. Qoriah, MA, Head of the Center for Archives System Assessment and Development Dr. M. Sumitro, SH, MAP, and Head of Subdivision Administration of the Deputy for Information and Archives System Development Dr. M. Sumitro, SH, MAP. This visit aims to be able to consult related to the archives system directly from the Deputy for Information and Development of ANRI's Archives System.
The Secretary of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, MKed (OG), SpOG, Subsp FER, said that USU has coordinated with the Information Systems Center to develop a dynamic archives information system which will be integrated with e-office under the name e-archives. However, there are still some obstacles, and we have coordinated with ANRI for the static archives information system. We received information that the static archives system is being updated so that it has not been able to carry out the handover and is still ongoing to monitor archives security.
Deputy for Information and Development of the ANRI Archival System, Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM, emphasized that in addition to fellowship, it also aims to consult public policies, and it is hoped that the policies that will come out will not only be limited to paper but also implemented.
Head of the Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara Aisyah, SE, M.Si said hopefully, with this visit, we from the university can provide recommendations for advice and input for the formation of the best policy on digital archive security in the future. With the presence of Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM, he can also provide input and suggestions for the good of the USU Archives.
