This activity was welcomed by Vice Dean I, Mr Dr Alfan Gunawan Ahmad, S.Hut, M.Si and Vice Dean II, Mr Pindi Patana, S.Hut., M.Sc Faculty of Forestry and attended by 25 participants from each Unit and Study Program at the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
The presentation of the University Archives by Mrs. Aisyah, SE., M.Si. as the Head of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office, explained the importance of archives and USU archive office services.
Raisa Dwi Safitri, S.Si provides material and direct practice to all staff of the Faculty of Forestry USU on how to store dynamic and static archives according to the SOP and how to destroy archives that have expired their retention period.
Furthermore, the Archive Office team directly reviewed the condition of archives in several archive rooms of the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, consisting of administrative rooms, plant conservation laboratory rooms and forest management laboratory rooms.
