The visit of the Universitas Brawijaya Team was conducted at the Central Bureau of Administration of Universitas Sumatera Utara, which Prof. Dr. dr warmly welcomed. M. Fidel Ganis Siregar, M.Ked (OG).,Sp.O.G.Subs-FER (University Secretary), Suharti, SH (Head of Administration of the University Secretariat), drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA (Head of Integrated Service Unit), Amalia Meutia, M.Psi, Psychologist (Head of Public Relations, Promotion and Protocol), Aisyah, SE, M.Si (Head of Archives Office) and Harun Julfanuddin (Head of Asset Equipment Sub-Division), on Monday, November 14, 2022. The visit was carried out in the context of benchmarking in connection with the status of a Legal Entity University (PTN-BH) that has been carried out by Universitas Brawijaya based on Government Regulation Number 108 of 2021.
The Secretary of Universitas Brawijaya and five staff members of Universitas Brawijaya visited Universitas Sumatera Utara to benchmark public information management, IT, public relations, and archives. The UB Secretariat team consisted of Dr. Ir. Setyono Yudo Tyasmoro, MS (University Secretary), Dr. Zulfaidah Penata Gama (Head of PPID), Bambang Haryanto, SE, MM (Head of General Affairs), Nurul Indayati, SE, MM (Head of TU), Dwi Wahyu D., SE (Head of TU), and Kotok Guritno, SE (Head of Public Relations and Archives).
This benchmarking was carried out to discuss the implementation of correspondence administration and the fulfillment of university accommodation services at the rectorate level, Administrative procedures in terms of laws and regulations that apply to Universitas Sumatera Utara, and the obstacles faced by Universitas Sumatera Utara after switching status to PTNBH.
Then the Head of Subdivision of Public Relations and Archives of Universitas Brawijaya, Kotok Gurito, S.E also conducted an office tour at the University of North Sumatra Archives Office, which Mrs Aisyah, SE, M.Si as the Head of Universitas Sumatera Archives Office welcomed.
