Two Staff from the USU Archives attended Technical Training on Archival Basics by the Ministry of Education and Culture Ristek Employee Training Center
USU Archives: The Center for Education and Training of Employees of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology held Technical Training on Archival Basics Batch 13 and 14 using the classical (face-to-face) mode. This activity lasted seven days, from June 9 to 15, 2024. This training was attended by two archive managers from the Universitas Sumatera Archives Office, namely Rayhan Tina Sari, S.Sos and Aditya Haryo Pambudi, S.Sos, which was held at the Ministry of Research and Technology's Employee Training Center, Bojongsari, Depok. The training was attended by 70 participants from State Universities throughout Indonesia.

City Tour to the Capital of the Archipelago in Commemoration of the 53rd National Archives Day
USU ARCHIVES: On the third and fourth day, the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives delegation attended the RAKORNAS of Archives organized by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). The activity on the third day was an Archives Talkshow: "Sustainable Archiving and its Strategic Role in RPJMN 2025-2029." and on the fourth day was a City Tour to the Pampang Dayak Kenyah Cultural Village, the East Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Office and the Nusantara Technology House in the Capital of the Archipelago which was held on May 29-30, 2024.

USU Archives Attends National Coordination Meeting for Archives 2024 in Samarinda
USU ARCHIVES: The 2024 National Coordination Meeting of Archives, with the theme "Sustainable Archiving for the Best Future," took place from May 27 to 30, 2024. The Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office delegates were the Head of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office, Aisyah SE., M.Si., and Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office Staff Fista Chairani Zein Hutagalung, A.Md. The 2024 National Coordination Meeting for Archives was held at the Mercure Hotel, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

SIKN JIKN 2024 National Network Meeting Coordination Meeting with the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia
USU ARCHIVES: The Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives attended the 2024 SIKN JIKN National Network Meeting Coordination Meeting with the theme "Strengthening the administration of archives to improve access services to authentic and sustainable archival information through the national archive information system (SIKN) and the national archive information network (JIKN)" which took place for three days, April 24-26, 2024. The delegation of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives was represented by the Head of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives, Aisyah SE, M.Si. The 2024 SIKN-JIKN National Network Node Coordination Meeting was held at Harris Hotel & Residences Sunset Road, Denpasar, Bali.

Comparative Study Visit of Binjai City Library Office to USU Archives
USU Archives: The visit by archivists and archive managers from the Binjai City Library Office lasted for one day, namely on Thursday, April 18, 2024, which was held at Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives offline. The visiting participants were eight people. The visit began at 09.30 AM and was opened directly by the Head of the Archives Office, Aisyah, SE, M.Si. The visit activities included the opening and delivering the overview, sharing sessions, filling out questionnaires, conducting an office tour of the USU archives, and closing with a group photo.

Head of the USU Archives Office Becomes Judge at the Grand Final of USU Student Ambassador Selection
USU ARCHIVES: The Head of the Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), who is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) USU, Mrs. Aisyah, SE., M.Si, participated as a judge in the Grand Final of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Student Ambassador Selection on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Raja Inal Siregar Hall, North Sumatra Governor's Office. MEPRO USU organized this event with support from the Directorate of Student Achievements and Alumni Relations USU. Held annually, it aims to select ambassadors who can best represent the students of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
