USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives has organized the Socialization of USU Rector Regulation Number 23 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Archives, which was held on Thursday, July 20, 2023, which was held at the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives online. This activity was attended by the Secretary of the University, Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar M.Ked (OG), Sp.O.G, Subsp.F.E.R, Head of the USU Archives Office Aisyah, SE, M.Si and 61 participants from all academicians at Universitas Sumatera Utara.

USU ARCHIVES: The Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara conducted Benchmarking activities at the Yogyakarta Regional Library and Archives Office, which was held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, which was welcomed by Mrs Syamsiyah Puji Astuti and Mr. Murjono. Benchmarking Archives at Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives to Gadjah Mada University Archives
USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives conducted a Benchmarking activity for Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives, which was held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, and was welcomed by the Head of Innovation, Preservation and Conservation of Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives. Mrs. Dyana Rakhmasari Kusumaningsih, SE., M.Ec.Dev and one of the Gadjah Mada University Archivists, Mrs. Kurniatun, A.Md., S.IP. Archive Managers in the USU Environment Participate in Archival Basics Training organized by the Ministry of Education and Training Center
USU ARCHIVES: The Center for Education and Training of Employees of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology held Technical Training on the Basics of Archives Batch I and II, using the classical mode (face-to-face offline). This activity lasted seven days, namely June 18-24, 2023.

ANRI conducts Archival Examination to USU's Faculty of Cultural Sciences
USU ARCHIVES: After the mock test at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Mock Test to the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) of Universitas Sumatera Utara was carried out on Wednesday, June 07, 2023 by the External Archive Field Verification Team of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) which was also accompanied by the Head of the Archives Office of the University of Sumatera Utara as the Supervisor of Archives in the USU environment. This is a series of archives supervision field verification activities by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. The arrival of the External Archival Field Verification Team of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia consisting of Team Leader Dra. Krihanta, M.Si as Principal Archivist, Yuanita Utami, S.I.p as Junior Archivist and Pulung Prasetiyo as First Archivist of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia.

Internal Archives Supervision to Archives Unit II in the USU Environment
USU ARCHIVES: The team from Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives has conducted Archives Internal Supervision in 41 locations consisting of 17 Faculties, 6 Bureaus, 2 Institutions and 16 Work Units in the form of archives audits using supervisory instruments carried out on May 15 - 31, 2023.
