Benchmarking Archives at Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives to Gadjah Mada University Archives

USU ARCHIVES: Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives conducted a Benchmarking activity for Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives, which was held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, and was welcomed by the Head of Innovation, Preservation and Conservation of Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives. Mrs. Dyana Rakhmasari Kusumaningsih, SE., M.Ec.Dev and one of the Gadjah Mada University Archivists, Mrs. Kurniatun, A.Md., S.IP. Benchmarking participants from Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives were attended by the Head of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives, Aisyah SE., M.Si and two staff members of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives, Luknah Uyuni, A.Md and Rayhan Tina Sari, S.Sos.

This activity was opened with a presentation on the archive management of Universitas Gadjah Mada. This activity also took place in a very friendly manner, with warm discussions and exchanging opinions about archives in Higher Education.

The purpose of benchmarking to Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives is to broaden the horizons of human resources by seeing and understanding the dynamics that develop outside Universitas Sumatera Utara, observing archive management activities as evaluation material and inspiration for archival development, and exploring institutional cooperation.
