This activity was carried out to increase the awareness of all elements of the academic community within Universitas Sumatera Utara about the importance of managing, saving and caring for archives to realize better archive governance and the collection of university archive memory.
This activity was opened by the Head of the USU Archives Office, Mrs. Aisyah, SE, M.Si, and the delivery of a glimpse that explained the importance of archives and services of the USU Archives Office. This activity was attended by 50 participants from each Unit and Study Program at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Raisa Dwi Safitri, S.Si provides material on dynamic archive management and direct practice to all staff of the Faculty of Dentistry USU on how to store dynamic and static archives according to the SOP and how to destroy archives that have expired their retention period.
The activity continued with a discussion and question and answer session by the USU Faculty of Dentistry archive manager participants.
