The visit began with the opening and opening remarks by Mrs. Dra. Heristina Dewi, M.Pd, as Vice Dean II of FIB. The Head of the USU Archives Office gave the next speech, Mrs Aisyah, SE, M.Si, followed by a speech from Mrs Dra. Krihanta, M.Si, as the Lead Archivist of the Supervision Team.
The sampling test of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences archives in the Record Center room was carried out quite smoothly. The record center room has sufficiently met the archival standards, it just needs to be equipped with equipment, as well as fire hazard protection tools according to the provisions. The management of inactive archives at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences has begun to be carried out by the archive manager, but several things need to be considered, namely, inactive archives can be stored so that an assessment can be carried out so that they can destroy and hand over archives.
