The delegation of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives was attended by the Head of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives, Aisyah SE., M.Si and two staff members of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives, Luknah Uyuni, A.Md and Rayhan Tina Sari, S.Sos. This coordination meeting was attended by 250 participants from all members of the SIKN-JIKN Network Nodes, ministries, institutions, universities and other agencies in Indonesia. It was held at the Sahid Raya Hotel and Convention Yogyakarta.

On the first day of the Coordination Meeting, the delegation of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives attended the opening of the event, which was opened with traditional dance entertainment, Activity Report by the Deputy for IPSK Dr. Andi Kasman, SE.., MM, Remarks by the Head of ANRI Drs. Imam Gunarto, M.Hum, Video playback of the Introduction of the new look of the JIKN portal, followed by a Welcome Speech and Opening by the Governor of DIY represented by the Regional Secretary of DIY Province Drs. The second day was filled with JIKN National Network Meeting Coordination Meeting Panel activities and Discussion / Question and Answer. The first session of the panel and delivery of material by the Deputy of IPSK: Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM, Chairman of the Nusantara Palace Gathering Forum: Brigjen Pol (P) Dr. A.A. Mapparessa, M.M., M.Si, and UGM Academician Dr. Sri Margana. M.Hum. Then continued with the activities of drafting recommendations/joint agreements of the national network meeting coordination meeting, signing recommendations/joint agreements of the national network meeting coordination meeting, submission of the JIKN pilot project network node charter (SJPP) and the last activity Benchmarking to Diorama DIY and Jogja Palace Museum.
The purpose of Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives to participate in the National Network Meeting Coordination Meeting of SIKN-JIKN Network Nodes in 2023 is to participate in activities organized by ANRI as a Member of SIKN-JIKN Network Nodes.
In addition, the purpose of participation in the SIKN-JIKN Network Node National Network Meeting Coordination Meeting is to provide knowledge and experience for archivists and archive management personnel of Universitas Sumatera Utara, especially the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office in terms of SIKN-JIKN Archival Information Presentation material. Contributing to the implementation of good governance in Indonesia, especially with the support of archival management and orderly archives as a national accountability material and collective memory of the nation. Another goal is to strengthen cooperation and communication between ANRI SIKN-JIKN Network Nodes and Network Centers members.
