The delegation of Universitas Sumatera Archives attended the Welcome Dinner for leaders and participants at the Oda Etam Hall of the Governor of East Kalimantan Province. The activity opened with the opening dance performance, Host Remarks from Expert Staff for Bureaucratic Reform and Regional Finance, Diddy Rusdiansyah Anandani representing Pj. Governor of East Kalimantan, Akmal Malik, welcomed and hoped that East Kalimantan Province, as the host, could provide the best in commemorating the 53rd Archives Day in 2024. and Remarks from the Deputy for Information and Archival System Development (IPSK) of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM. in his remarks, said that ANRI appreciates central agencies, local governments, and related institutions to advancing Indonesian archives.

One thousand one hundred participants from Ministries and State Institutions, Provincial Archives Institutions, Regency and City Archives Institutions, higher education archives institutions, and SOEs attended the coordination meeting.
On the first day of the Coordination Meeting, the delegation of the Universitas Sumatera Archives attended the Welcome Dinner for leaders and participants at the Oda Etam Hall of the Governor of East Kalimantan Province. The activity opened with an opening dance performance and hosted remarks from the Expert Staff for Bureaucratic Reform and Regional Finance. On the second day, filled with the Archives Supervision Technical Coordination Meeting activities, the event opened with an opening dance performance, singing the Indonesia Raya song and the Indonesian Archives Mars by Dirigen Tiara Kharisma. Submission of Archives credits to 4 agencies: Unit 1 of the Ministry of Health, Unit 1 of the Ministry of Industry, Unit 3 of the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Universitas Gadjah Mada Archives Institute and continued with the First Panel Session by resource persons of the Regional Secretary of Kutai Kartanegara, Head of the General Bureau of BPOM RI, Head of the Archives Accreditation Center, Associate Expert Policy Analyst of the Ministry of Home Affairs with Moderator: Head of ANRI Archives System Study & Development Center. The second panel session was filled with a Coordination Meeting on Static Archive Management and Collective Memory of the Nation with a material presentation by Prof. Susanto Zuhdi, Dr Nugroho Ananto, and Dr Diediek, M.Si.

The purpose of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office participating in the National Coordination Meeting of Archives Day 2024 is to participate in activities organized by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia as a Participant in Archives Supervision.
In addition, the purpose of participation in the National Archives Coordination Meeting is to realize synergy and collaboration between the archival community and various parties that encourage joint movements in accelerating the improvement of the quality of archival administration in the life of the nation and state through three national strategic archival pillars (Orderly Archives, Digital Transformation of Archives, Collective Memory of the Nation) for sustainable archives for the best future.
