The third day was filled with Archival Talkshow activities: Sustainable Archiving and its Strategic Role in RPJMN 2025 - 2029. The speakers were Deputy of PMMK Bappenas, Dr. Nugroho Ananto, Prof. Yudho Giri Sucahyo, and Prof. Susanto Zuhdi, hosted by presenter of the 2024 Presidential Candidate Debate, Valerina Daniel.
Prof. Susanto Zuhdi, an Expert Advisor in the Field of Collective Memory of the Nation, stated that archives spark the nation's memory, reminding us of an important historical journey and providing a guide for the future. Prof. Susanto Zuhdi is optimistic that archives will remain important to the nation's collective memory.

In the afternoon, the report was delivered by the Acting. Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, Drs. Imam Gunarto, M.Hum and the screening of the 53rd Archives Day video and continued with the submission of the Nation's Collective Memory award, the submission of the MOWcap certificate, the Submission of the Archives Supervision Results Award for a very satisfactory score in 5 categories and the Submission of the Archives Award for Figures.

The head of the Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Aisyah SE, M.Si, visited the Pampang Dayak Kenyah Cultural Village and the Archive Exhibition "Moving the Capital City from Time to Time."
The fourth day was filled with a city tour agenda for the participants of the National Archives Coordination Meeting with a trip to the Pampang Dayak Kenyah Cultural Village, a dance performance and an explanation of the history of Dayak Kenyah followed by a trip to the Static Archives Depot of the East Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Office and the final destination of the trip to the National Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) to enjoy the sunset at the IKN Rest Area and visit the Nusantara Technology House.
