On the first day of the Coordination Meeting, the delegation of Universitas Sumatera Archives attended the opening of the event, which opened with the performance of the opening dance, singing of the Indonesia Raya song and the Mars of Archives, the Activity Report by the Deputy for Information and Archival System Development (IPSK) Dr. Andi Kasman, SE, MM, Remarks and Opening Executor of Head of ANRI Drs. Imam Gunarto, M.Hum, followed by a Keynote Speech as well as the opening of the event by the Executor of Governor of Bali Inspector General (Purn) Sang Made Mahendra Jaya, represented by the General Administration Assistant of the Regional Secretary of Bali Province, I Dewa Putu Sunartha and Explanation of the 2024 JIKN Network Meeting Coordination Meeting by Drs. Anak Agung Gede Sumardika.
300 Network Nodes attended the coordination meeting, including members from Ministries and State Institutions, Provincial Archives Institutions, Regency and City Archives Institutions, Higher Education Archives Institutions, and State-Owned Enterprises that have become Network Node members.
On the second day, it was filled with JIKN National Network Gathering Coordination Meeting Panel activities and Discussion / Q&A. Then continued with the discussion and determination of the "Denpasar Declaration" Year 2024 led by the Head of the Badung Regency Archives and Library Service Ni Wayan Kristiani, SH, M.A.P and in the afternoon a Mimic Study and City Tour to the Badung Regency Government Center Complex: Archives Depot and Public Service Mall.

The purpose of the Archives Office of the Universitas Sumatera Utara to participate in the Coordination Meeting of the National Network of SIKN-JIKN Network Nodes in 2024 is to participate in activities organized by ANRI as a Member of the SIKN-JIKN Network Node.
The output of the SIKN-JIKN network node national network meeting coordination meeting is to find out the development of the SIKN and JIKN applications periodically through the 2024 network meeting coordination meeting and be motivated to get an award/reward by being selected as a pilot project in the coming year.
