The visit was welcomed by the Head of the Archives Office, Mrs. Aisyah, SE, M.Si, by showing a collection of photo archives and video archives from time to time and discussing the feasibility of the Gallery room at Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office.
Gema Halelu Isa Meliala, ST., MT, as the Head of the Rescue Division of the Medan City Fire Department, also inspected and checked the fire alarm equipment at the USU Archives Office.
