In the series of visits, the Student Ambassadors were welcomed by the Head of the Archives Office, Mrs Aisyah, SE, M.Si, by providing an overview and motivation.
"A thousand students today are fighting for their ideals and taking a small part in the change for success. I hope those of you here will be one of the thousand people. But if there are only ten students who today are fighting for their ideals and taking a small part of the chance for success, then I still hope that you 22 will continue to study and become one of them." he said.
"Stay enthusiastic, stay focused and don't give up easily because the truth is that we learn not how fast we run but how strong we step and don't stop learning," he explained.
The visit continued by introducing archive storage media in the Archives Office, such as roll o packs. The procedures for storing archives in each type of archive storage and the differences between each type were also practiced and continued by looking directly at the Archive Gallery as the Memory of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
