This activity was opened by Plt Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia, Imam Gunarto, online on November 14, 2023, and continued with the delivery of remarks by Widarno, SH, M.H Head of the Center for Archival Education and Training of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia also presented several speakers including Dr. Muhammad Taufiq, DEA, Deputy for ASN LAN Competency Development Policy, Director of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Transformation of the Ministry of PPN / BAPPENAS, Priyanto Rahmatullah, SE, MA, Dr. Mukhlis PaEni, MA, Board of the Nation's Collective Memory Expert Committee. On the last day of the activity, participants visited the Presidential Static Archive Study Center as well as the closing of the activity.

This activity aims to assure quality and competence for those certified, provide formal recognition that archivists have met certain competencies in archives, impact the level of trust of interested parties in the administration of archives, and support the fulfilment of assessments in archival accreditation nationally.
