The Chairman of PAPTI, the Head of USU Archives, the Secretary-General, and PAPTI administrators from all universities in Indonesia enter the National Seminar room together.
The USU Archives delegation sang the PAPTI Mars and took photos with PAPTI administrators from UB, Undip, UGM, ITB, and Unsoed.
The seminar was opened by the Secretary University of UI, Dr. Agustin Kusumayati, M.Sc., Ph.D. together with the Chairman of PAPTI, Prof. Dr. H. Nandang Alamsah Deniarnoor, S.AP., S.H., M.Hum and the Head of UI Archives Office, Wahid Nurfiantara, S.Hum., M.T.I.
The keynote speaker of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia 2004-2009 Period, Dr. Drs. Djoko Utomo, M.A. in the National Archives Seminar "Implementation and Impact of Artificial Intelligence in the Field of Archives."
The Chairman of PAPTI, Prof. Dr. H. Nandang Alamsah Deilarnoor, S.AP., S.H., and M.Hum gave souvenirs to the speakers and the Secretary of the University of UI.
The keynote speaker was the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2004-2009 period, Dr. Drs. Djoko Utomo, M.A.; and three speakers, namely, from the Artificial Intelligence Center ITB, Ir. Windy Gambetta, M.B.A.; Co-Director Tokopedia-UI AI Center, Fariz Darari, Ph.D.; Multi Stakeholder Advisory Group of Indonesia Governance Forum, Yuan Oktafian.
Dr. Drs. Djoko Utomo, M.A Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2004-2009 period, in his speech said that the Higher Education Archives (APT) is an archival institution in Indonesia, whose human resources (HR) are very reliable. Because its human resources are in the university environment, in the university culture, and its very flexible bureaucracy appreciates differences of opinion, the opportunity for Higher Education Archives to utilize Artificial Intelligence in their activities is wide open. However, the obstacle may be a classic problem: limited budget, human resources, facilities & infrastructure, and other supporters.

This seminar aims to demonstrate the importance of understanding technological developments, including artificial intelligence and its impact on the work and profession of archiving. In addition, the implementation of the PAPTI Congress was a meeting between PAPTI administrators and members from all over Indonesia who also inaugurated the PAPTI Chairperson for the 2023-2026 Period.
