ARCHIVES USU: The On-site Review for the Assessment of the Best Archives Unit Level II at Universitas Sumatera Utara has been completed by the Assessment Team from the University Archives Office. To select the Best Archives Unit Level II at Universitas Sumatera Utara, the University Archives Office conducted a field review to assess the governance and orderliness of archives in each Archives Unit Level II.
This assessment was based on the Archives Criteria Instrument Form for Universitas Sumatera Utara Environment. The assessment was conducted from July 25 - August 3, 2022, in 41 Archives Unit Level II, including 15 Faculties, 1 Postgraduate School (SPs), 7 Bureaus, 3 Institutions, 2 Technical Units and 13 Work Units. We hope that a lot of progress and development will be achieved from several Archives Unit Level II work units. Hopefully, this can be done sustainably.

The documentation above is a field review conducted at 41 Archives Unit Level II. The results of the assessment will be announced in mid-August. The Best Archives Unit Level II will receive a reward in the form of a certificate of appreciation and cash.
