The delegation of the Universitas Sumatera Utara attended the event, namely the Head of the University Archives Office, Aisyah, SE., M.Si and Archives Office Staff, Raisa Dwi Safitri, S.Si. The delegation of the Archives Office was also the Chairperson of the Western Regional Management and PAPTI Member representing the Universitas Sumatera Utara.

The 8th PAPTI annual national meeting was attended by the heads/leaders of Higher Education Archives Institutions (LKPT), who are members of the PAPTI membership and are individual PAPTI members throughout Indonesia. The congress was also attended by the PAPTI Honorary Board, Dr. M. Taufik, M.Si. The congress discussed the work program and management of PAPTI for the next period.

Discussion of the PAPTI 2025 Work Plan and Discussion of the PAPTI Supervisory Board and Management to provide input on the development of PAPTI.
Through the 8th PAPTI Annual National Meeting, a large meeting of representatives of organizations or parties interested in discussing and making decisions will become work programs and innovative steps that PAPTI will take to develop Higher Education Archives in Indonesia.
