The delegates of Universitas Sumatera Utara who attended the event were the Head of the University Archives Office, Aisyah, SE, M.Si and Archives Office Staff, Raisa Dwi Safitri, S.S.I. This Coordination Meeting was a form of data updating between PAPTI administrators, a discussion of the 2023-2026 PAPTI work program, and sharing sessions regarding the development and progress of archives at the Universitas Sumatera Archives Office.
On this occasion, the head of the archives office said that to get the leadership's attention, we need to make breakthroughs, make changes, and make continuous improvements in managing archives. In addition, the activities and performance results achieved by archival institutions must be supported by publications through websites and institutional social media (branding).
The purpose of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Archives Office attending the PAPTI Management Work Program Coordination Meeting in 2023 is to participate in activities organized by PAPTI as a Member of the Indonesian Higher Education Archives Association as well as discussing work programs and input for the development of Archives in State Universities that are members of PAPTI.
