Textual Archive
A textual archive is an archive whose information is recorded in the form of writing/text on paper-based sheets. The number of textual archives refers to the number of archives in textual form that have been managed, preserved, and catalogued. In other terms, these archives are also commonly called paper records/paper-based records, conventional records, human-readable records, eye-readable records, and hard copies.
Photo Archive
Records created by photographing either in the form of photographic film negatives, digital, or positive images or prints/prints/drawings that are worthy of preservation.
Video Archive
Records whose information is in the form of moving images, recorded in photographic and sound sequences on magnetic tape and created using electronic media technology.
